General Notes: Husband - John Ralston, Jr.


was born in Brady township, Butler county, and after reaching manhood settled on 127 acres of land in that township, given to him by his father. He afterwards purchased a farm in Slippery Rock township, and five years later removed to Iowa, where he died. He took an active interest in educational matters, erected the first school house in Slippery Rock township, and served as school director of Brady and Slippery Rock for many years.
