General Notes: Husband - Franklin John Phillips

He was reared and educated in his native township, and in early life followed farming, later conducting a dairy business for ten years. He located in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, in 1884, and beginning in 1886 was engaged in the grocery trade. Mr. Phillips was a member of the Baptist Church and Royal Arcanum; politically he was a prohibitionist.
