General Notes: Husband - Stephen D. Mills


He acquired an excellent education in the public schools and the Middlesex Academy, and his education was completed at Bethany College. He and his brother, James Mills, engaged in the manufacture of brick, and were also the owners of a quarry. Later he went to Ohio, where he owned a farm, and there he died, about six months after his removal to that place. Politically he was a Republican, and a member of the Knights of Malta. His religious affiliation was with the Christian church.
