General Notes: Husband - Dr. Francis M. Reynolds
He received his education. in the public schools of Kittanning, Pennsylvania, and Marietta, Ohio, and the Indiana Normal school of Indiana, Pennsylvania. Leaving school, he spent three years in the hotel business at Parker City. Not having any decided liking for hotel-keeping, and entertaining a preference for dentistry, he entered the Philadelphia Dental college. After two years' close application and hard study he graduated from that institution in 1881. Immediately after graduation he opened an office at Kittanning for the practice of his profession. From that time he steadily buildt up the large and lucrative practice. He kept abreast of his profession in its every department, had the late improved instruments and appliances of dental surgery and was ever awake to the advancement of dentistry.
Dr. Reynolds was a member of the First Presbyterian church, of Kittanning, the Royal Arcanum and Improved Order of Heptasophs. He was genial and affable and thoroughly equipped for conducting dentistry in all of its branches.
