General Notes: Husband - Rev. G. W. Turner

"I lived with my father till I was married. I then moved to Sandy Lake, Pennsylvania, purchased a lot and built a nice mansion in which I lived comfortably up until 1875. I was rather reckless and wild in my way of life. Then, like the prophet David, I thought on my ways and turned to the Lord, who for Christ's sake spoke peace to my soul. I have since been trying to walk in the commandments and love of God. In the year 1879, I was licensed to preach to my fellow men the "Glad Tidings of salvation," which I expect to preach until I go to join the reunion of the Saints in Light in the Paradise of God."
