General Notes: Husband - Harold Raymond Bair

He attended the public and the high schools of Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, and prepared for Bucknell College, where he was graduated in the class of 1921, receiving the degree of Bachelor of Science. He attended the University of Pittsburgh, class of 1924, and was graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Laws. His studies were interrupted by the first World War, for he enlisted in the United States Navy and served as a second-class seaman in 1917-1918. Mr. Bair was admitted to the bar in September, 1925, and established himself in general practice in Vandergrift. He was a member of the Westmoreland County Bar Association. He was a member of the Free and Accepted Masons, and New Castle Consistory, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite. He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi, the Sigma Chi, and Theta Delta Chi college fraternities; and of the American Legion. In politics he was a Republican; in religion he was a Methodist.
