General Notes: Husband - James McKelvey
He was educated for the ministry of the Presbyterian church, which, however, he did not enter. He lived and died in the Ligonier valley, Pennsylvania, and was the owner of two large farms to the cultivation of which he devoted his time and energies, where his life was passed.
