W. Bert McGinnis.
W. Bert McGinnis, aged 28 years, son of Postmaster W. D. McGinnis, of Emlenton, died Tuesday morning at 2 o'clock in the Oil City Hospital. He was operated upon late Monday night for appendicitis. The body was taken to Emlenton on the 8 o'clock Valley train this morning.
