General Notes: Husband - James P. Williams
He was born in Belle Vernon, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, and was for many years a steamboat captain on the Monongahela River, and in 1896 located at California, Washington County. He continued on the river until 1900, when he established the California Plumbers & Builders Supply Company, of which he was manager until the time of his death.
