General Notes: Husband - John Lyle
He married and they lived for a few years on the farm of his uncle, John Lyle, in Mt. Pleasant Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. In April, 1864, they removed to a farm near East Springfield, Ohio where they spent the remainder of their lives.
He was a member of the Presbyterian Church for 65 years, and he served as an elder in the old Bacon Ridge Church near his home for 41 years.
