Willis Glenn Lusher.
Willis Glenn Lusher, 65, died at his home at Davis Corners, Rockland Township, Saturday night, at 11:30 o'clock, following an illness of three months.
He was the son of the late Jacob and Margaret Lusher and was born in Rockland July 14, 1875. Mr. Lusher resided the greater part of his life in Venango County but spent several years working in the oil fields of Indiana and Illinois. He also worked six years in the Bredinsburg oil field and conducted a general store at Davis Corners a number of years ago. Later he engaged in farming.
Mr. Lusher married Miss Catherine Sollinger Sept. 8, 1898. Surviving him are his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Bell, of Rockland, and Mrs. Byers King, of Corsica; two brothers, J. C. C. Lusher, of Rockland, and J. L. Lusher, of Oblong, Ill., and three grandchildren, Theda, Willis, and Barbara King, of Corsica.
Mr. Lusher's twin brother, Wilbur T. Lusher preceded him in death four years ago, being fatally injured in an oil field accident at McPherson, Kan.
The deceased was a member of the Rockland lodge, I. O. O. F., No. 952 for 44 years. Mr. Lusher was well-known in Rockland Township and had many friends.
The body was removed from the Burger Funeral Home at noon today to the home where funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock by the Rev. R. K. Rumbaugh, assisted by the Rev. E. O. McNulty. Interment will be in the Rockland Cemetery. The Rockland lodge of Odd Fellows will conduct the burial ritual at the grave.

Funeral services for Willis G. Lusher, of R. D. 1, Kennerdell, were held Tuesday at the family home with the Rev. O. E. McNulty and the Rev. R. K. Rombaugh officiating.
Mrs. Wade Bell presided at the piano and vocalists were Mrs. Ruth Burger and Miss Flora Gates. They sang "Old Rugged Cross" and "Face to Face."
Burial was in the Rockland Cemetery with I. O. O. F. Lodge No. 952 conducting the committal ritual. Robert Lewis acted as noble grand, Arthur Morrow as vice grand and George Cope as chaplain. The pallbearers, all members of the lodge, were Howard Potter, Ross Weaver, Eugene and Carl Hughes, Charles Morrow and Harry Bell.
The services were largely attended. The out-of-town relatives and friends
present included:

Mrs. Willis Lusher.
Mrs. Kathryn A. Lusher, of Rockland, widow of Willis Lusher, died at 2 a. m. today at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bell, of Rockland. She had been ill for about six months.
She was born Sept. 4, 1875, in Richland Township, a daughter of William and Melissa Giler Solinger. She was a member of the Rockland Methodist Church, the Women's Society of Christian Service of the church and the
Rockland Grange.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Joe Bell, of Rockland; and Mrs. Byers King, of Cooperstown; five grandchildren; and the following brothers: Orrin Sollinger, of Rocky Grove; Edward Sollinger, of Lancaster and Floyd Solinger, of Washington, Pa.
The body has been removed to the Burger Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p. m. at the late Mrs. Lusher's home in Rockland. Interment will be in Rockland Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Kathryn Lusher, who died Wednesday in the home of son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bell, of Rockland, were conducted Sunday afternoon at her residence by Rev. R. K. Rumbaugh, pastor of the Pleasantville Methodist Church, Rev. B. C. Himes, pastor of the Rockland Methodist Church and Rev. Merle Sollinger of Lewiston, Md., a nephew of the deceased.
During the services, Mrs. Marshall Rowe and Mrs. Paul Lehman sang "In the Upper Garden" and "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere" with piano accompaniment by Mrs. Wade Bell.
Interment was in the Rockland Cemetery with the following pall-bearers: Daniel Bell, Paul Lehman, Rollo Nelson, Eugene Hughes, Ross Weaver, and Carroll Hughes.
