PHOENIX, Ariz. - Mrs. Hazel May Waldo, 81, of 9629 N. First Av., Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Rhodes Av. in Akron, died Oct. 17 in Phoenix.
She was born in Hickory, Pa., had been a resident of Akron, and spent the past four years in Phoenix.
She was the widow of Albert V.; and is survived by sisters, Florence Bell Miller, of Phoenix, Ariz.; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Friday, 2 p. m., at the Billow Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Fairlawn, where friends may call Friday from noon until service time, Rev. Bill Gassett officiating. Interment Rose Hill Burial Park.

Graveside services for Hazel May Waldo, 81, who died Oct. 16, 1978, en route to St. Joseph's Hospital, will be in Akron, Ohio.
Mrs. Waldo, 9629 N. First Ave., moved here in 1974 from Akron. She was a widow and is survived by her sister Florence Miller.
