General Notes: Husband - Benjamin Kolb

Lucon, Montgomery Co, PA

He was widely known, a great reader and a good poet. He left a number of manuscripts, which, after his death, came into the hands of his son Elias, residing at Lederachsville, Pennsylvania, whose house was destroyed by fire some years later and the papers were all lost. He was a good musician and a good organist, and was able to play several other instruments. He was naturally a talented man; a good worker in wood and iron. He also followed farming successfully.
