General Notes: Husband - John Learn
He was an elder and deacon in the Lutheran church for twenty-five years or more. He commenced on his homestead in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, in 1834. He cut a set of cabin logs, eleven rounds high\emdash the building being 18x20, in one day. A part of his land was included in a tract warranted July 15, 1784, to Robert Underwood, and called "Spring Mount." It was patented to the heirs of John Wighton, October 22, 1801. Another part was warranted to Moses Bartram, July 20, 1784, and was named Liverpool. It was patented to Thomas Fisher, Samuel R. Fisher, Moses Fisher, John R. Gilpin, and Thomas Gilpin, July 25, 1806.
