General Notes: Husband - Andrew Finley Thompson
He and his three older brothers served through the War of 1812. He was taken prisoner on the occasion of Hull's surrender. Being released, near the present site of Detroit, Michigan, he traveled on foot to his relatives in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. There he married and then returned with his wife to his Kentucky home.
