General Notes: Husband - Jacob Kyler

He came to Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, with his parents when young.

He married and settled on a place in the midst of the unbroken timber, where he developed a good farm. There his death occurred, in the eighty-fourth year of his age, and his widow survived him only four years. They were numbered among the honored pioneers, and were faithful members of the Presbyterian Church. He was a Democrat and held some township offices.
