General Notes: Husband - Enoch Mains

He enlisted in the Union army at the age of eighteen years, and he and three brothers served eighteen months. After the war he married and settled in McKeesport, PA, where he established himself in the butcher business, but was obliged to abandon this by reason of ill health. He then conducted a grocery store there for about ten years.
