General Notes: Husband - Jonathan Sarver


He was born on his father's farm, where he grew to manhood. He migrated to Salem township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, near Geary, and purchased a large tract of land. This he cleared, cultivated and made into a profitable farm, and here he built a log house and brought his young bride. Here he labored until his death.

She was born and raised on a farm which later became the site of the Fort Pitt glass works, near Jeannette, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, her father being the owner of the land.
