Kelley, 2038 Union avenue, Wesleyville, Pa. Funeral services at the Brugger Funeral Home, 449 East 9th street, Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. T. H. Johnson will officiate. Friends invited to call at the Brugger Home at any time and to attend the services. Interment in Erie cemetery.

JOHN W. NOBLE
Known throughout the city and county for many years as a driller of gas and oil wells, John W. Noble, eighty-six, formerly of 436 E. 12th st., died Tuesday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. O. B. Kelley, 2038 Union ave., Wesleyville, where he had been residing.
He had lived in this vicinity the greater part of his life and had been engaged in the gas and oil well drilling business for some time.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Lusher Noble; a daughter, Mrs. O. B. Kelley, Wesleyville, Pa.; two sons, John R. Noble, of Erie, and Leonard L. Noble, of Corry, Pa.; two grandsons, John Richard Noble, of Erie, and Ronald Noble, of Corry, and one great-grandson, John Russell Noble, of Erie.
Funeral services will be held in the Brugger funeral home, 449 E. 9th st., at 2 p. m. Friday, with the Rev. T. H. Johnson, of the Tenth Street Methodist church, officiating. Friends are invited to call at the funeral home at any time
and to attend the services. Interment will be in the family lot in Erie cemetery.

John W. Noble
Known throughout the city of Erie and Erie County for many years as a driller of gas and oil wells, John W. Noble, 86, formerly of 436 E. 12th St., Erie, died Tuesday, April 27, 1943, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. O. B. Kelley, 2038 Union Ave., Wesleyville, where he had been residing.
He was a son of the late John and Rachel Noble, of Tionesta, and was well and favorably known to many of the older residents of Tionesta and Forest County. He had lived in the vicinity of Erie for many years past and had been engaged in the gas and oil well drilling business for some time.
Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Lusher Noble; a daughter, Mrs. O. B. Kelley, Wesleyville, Pa.; two sons, John R. Noble, of Erie, and Leonard L. Noble, of Corry, Pa.; two grandsons, John Richard Noble, of Erie, and Ronald Noble, of Corry, and one great-grandson, John Russell Noble, of Erie.

Mrs. Elizabeth Noble
Mrs. Elizabeth Jane Noble, eighty-three, widow of John W. Noble, died Monday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. O. B. Kelley, 2106 Union ave., Wesleyville, after an illness of four months.
Born in Rockland, Pa., Mrs. Noble lived in Erie for 36 years. After the death of her husband, she made her home with her daughter.
Surviving are a son, John R. Noble, Erie; a daughter, Mrs. Kelley; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Payne, Oil City.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p. m. Thursday in the Dusckas funeral home, 2607 Buffalo rd., with the Rev. Elmer F. Lund, pastor of the Tenth Street Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be in Erie cemetery.
