General Notes: Husband - William Love

---

He came with his parents to Clinton township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, when three years old. Here he grew to manhood, and afterwards received 100 acres of the homestead from his father. He erected the brick house now occupied by George Wiskeman, spent his entire life in farming pursuits. Politically, he was a Whig in early days, and later a Republican. He was first a member of the Seceder church, but upon the organization of the United Presbyterian denomination, he united with that society.
