General Notes: Husband - William Love, Sr.

---

He was a native of Ireland, and came from Delaware to Butler County, Pennsylvania, with his wife and family. He was one of the early settlers of Clinton township, locating on the Harvey farm in 1806. Several years after his settlement, he purchased 200 acres of land where his grandson, Samuel M., would later reside.
