General Notes: Husband - John A. Turner
He was given a liberal education in English, completing his course of study at Mount Union (Ohio) College. He became associated with his father in business, they did an extensive business under the name of The Turner Coal Company. John A. Turner was a director in the First National Bank of Grove City, being active in business operations beginning when he was a young man. In politics he was a stanch Republican. In civic societies he was connected with the Knights of Pythias.
