General Notes: Husband - Lt. Alexander Marsh

He resided in Braintree, county of Suffolk, within his Majesty's Province of Massachusetts Bay, in New England, yeoman. Left an estate at his death, valued at £1290,18.04. His parentage has not been found. He was lieutenant of the Braintree train band, and evidently was a man of affairs and good position. In company with his father-in-law, Belcher, who was a leading business man, he ran a "furnace" in Braintree. From his will it may be gathered that he had other financial interests besides that of smelting iron ore.
