General Notes: Husband - George Philip Keister

He was born in eastern Pennsylvania, came to Westmoreland County between 1775 and 1780. He was a farmer by occupation and shared in the common perils of the Westmoreland frontiers from Indian incursions.

He was a native of Germany, who came to America about the middle of the eighteenth century and settled in Franklin township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. [BHCWC, 676]
