Obituary - EDNA J. NICHOLSON - Cosmopolite Herald, Girard.
Edna J. Nicholson, 73, 65 Orchard Dr., Fairview, died unexpectedly at her home Sunday, February 19, 1978. She was a life-long resident of Fairview and was a member of St. Stephen Episcopal Church in Fairview, a charter member of the Fair View Garden Club, and a member of the Fairview Senior Citizens. Mrs. Nicholson was born May 1, 1904, in Fairview Township, a daughter of the late Clayton and Louella Exley Johnson. She was preceded in death by her husband, David A. Nicholson, in 1968, and by two brothers and one sister. She is survived by two nephews, Keith G. Johnson and Kenneth D. Johnson, both of Fairview; one niece, Mrs. James (Janice) Meeder, Girard; and two sisters-in-law, Alice Johnson and Peggy Johnson. Friends may call at the Evans Brugger Funeral Home in Fairview on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and attend a service at 10 am. and attend a service at St Stephen Episcopal Church. The Rev. Thomas J. Henry will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
