General Notes: Husband - George A. Miller
He received his education in the public schools of Sharpsburg, Pennsylvania, and after leaving school learned the carpenter's trade. He later ran the machines in the planing mills of Vaught Philips & Company, entering their service in 1887. Like his father, he adhered to the Republican party. He was a member of Grace Methodist Protestant church.
