General Notes: Husband - Andrew Robertson

---

He received his education in the common and select schools and devoted his time and attention to the pursuits of agriculture, taking a special delight in raising fine stock. He and his brother owned about eight hundred acres of well cultivated land in one body.
He was a republican and served his township as school director. Both he and his wife were connected with the Presbyterian church at West Newton in which Mr. Robertson was an elder.
