General Notes: Husband - Wallace Edwin Hopkins


He began his education in the public schools of his native place, and taught school for two terms, after which he attended the State normal school at Indiana, Pennsylvania, being graduated therefrom. Then he taught in the winter in various districts, and the summer school at Marion Center until he entered the University of Michigan, at Ann Arbor, from which he graduated with the degree of M. D. in 1912. He was later an interne in the University hospital at Ann Arbor, Michigan.
