General Notes: Husband - Jacob V. Sigler
He was reared on his father's farm, and remained at home until his marriage, in 1841. He afterwards removed to a farm near that of his father in Decatur township, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, which he cultivated with great success, remaining there until March, 1874. He then removed to another homestead, a tract of 260 acres, in Derry township, which he bought from the estate of Robert Forsythe.
General Notes: Wife - Mary Hunter
She was left an orphan at an early age, her mother having died near Duncannon, Perry county, some years before her father's death.
