General Notes: Husband - Isaac Horner

He attended the common schools and upon attaining his majority commenced farming on a farm in Mt. Pleasant township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, on which he resided. His farm came to contain 118 acres of productive land and he erected a substantial house, first-class barn and other outbuildings.
Politically he was a democrat. He and his wife were members of the German Baptist church, in which he was a deacon.
