General Notes: Husband - John F. Wentling

---

He was educated in the Sewickley Academy and at Saltsburg, Pennsylvania, and was at an early age teacher in the public schools of Westmoreland County. In 1866 he came to Greensburg and began to read law with James A. Logan. In May, 1868, Mr. Wentling was admitted to the bar and began practicing in all branches of the legal profession with much success.
