General Notes: Husband - Conrad Pilgram
In 1857 he came from the fatherland with his wife and joined friends who had already settled in Mercer County. Later he purchased a small farm near Hadley and lived on it for a time, and then sold and moved to Transfer, where he was also engaged in agriculture and coal mining. In 1875 he returned to Perry Township, where he purchased another farm upon which he remained until his death. He was an old and faithful member of the Jerusalem Reformed church in Otter Creek Township.
