General Notes: Husband - Benjamin Herr

He was killed in his grandfather's mill, then in possession of his cousin, Samuel (his uncle John's son). He went to the cog-pit to start the hoisting apparatus, and while doing so accidentally fell and was crushed to death, stopping the mill. The gearing had to be taken apart to get him out.
