General Notes: Husband - Robert S. Henry
He received a common school education, and followed farming until 1889, then retired from agriculture, and was appointed agent of the Cumberland Fertilizer Company, also of the Standard Fertilizer Company, of Syracuse, New York. In 1892 he established a general store at Buttercup, Connoquenessing township, and was appointed postmaster of that office July 1, of the same year. He was an ardent Republican, and was a member of the Jr. O. U. A. M., and Eureka Grange, Number 244, Patrons of Husbandry.
