General Notes: Husband - James Armstrong

He lived near Warrior church, in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.

He was born in County Fermanagh, Ireland, and on May 30, 1786, landed in America. He located in Philadelphia, and soon secured a position as professor of mathematics in Pennsylvania Academy. He married and at an early day they removed to Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, where he purchased a farm.
