General Notes: Husband - George Householder

---

He was a millwright by trade, but followed barn-building; they were members of the Presbyterian Church. [HAC 1889, 603]

He was born in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and passed his early life there, coming to Armstrong County with his parents. After his marriage he settled in Bethel township, Armstrong County, on the farm where he ever afterward made his home. The property consisted of 146 acres, and was one of the most valuable farms of its size in the county.
