General Notes: Husband - John McConnell

He came to Pennsylvania from Dumfriesshire, Scotland, in 1723. He settled on a farm of six hundred acres, in Colerain Township, Lancaster (then Chester) County. A portion of the farm was still owned by one of his descendants, Dr. Abraham A. McConnell, of Philadelphia, in 1926.
