General Notes: Husband - Robert Hays

---

Under proceeding in partition upon the estate of his father the homestead and tannery, including ninety-eight acres and twenty perches of land, were awarded to Robert; who, in the year 1803, sold the same to Michael Weaver. Robert afterward removed to the central part of Pennsylvania.
