General Notes: Husband - Roswell Luther

When his father went to Ohio, his son Roswell came to Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, and lived with his brother, Lebbeus, until marriage. He then purchased a tract of woodland near Luthersburg, later known as the Sheriff Pentz farm, which he cleared for a homestead. After many years he sold it to Adam Rishel, purchasing an improved estate adjoining his brother's farm, on which to spend his declining years.
He may have been married more than once.
