General Notes: Husband - Jacob Whisler
He was born in Virginia, whence he moved to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, about 1814, and afterward came to the vicinity of Beaver County, where he settled in Pulaski township. There he bought and cleared up a farm: a government tract consisting of 160 acres, which was later owned by Mr. Stuber, and was said to be a very valuable piece of land. Jacob Whisler served in the Revolutionary War, and died when more than seventy years old.
