General Notes: Husband - Dr. George Latimer Potter


He studied medicine and began the practice of his profession at Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, in 1849. He was a leading physician of Bellefonte, for many years, and a skillful surgeon of the 148th Pennsylvania during the Rebellion.
