General Notes: Husband - Jacob Harlan
He came with his parents to Venango County in 1856. He was a veteran of the Civil war and was a member of Mays Post, G. A. R., Franklin, PA. He followed the oil industry after the war until his marriage, when he settled in Victory, engaging in stock raising and farming until his retirement in 1914. Then he moved to Bully Hill, where he died. [CAB, 957]
