MRS. JENNIE BLANCH HETZLER of Rockland Township died at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday June 23, 1953, in her home. She was the daughter of Joseph and Eleanor Platt Shreffler, born July 31, 1877 in Rockland Township. She was married August 28, 1900 to John Hetzler, who died in 1948. Surviving are 8 children, Mrs. Sylvia Findlay of Manlius, NY; Mrs. Maria Palm & Mrs. Dorothy Schlicht of Oil City; Joseph, Clarence & Howard of Emlenton RD 1; Charles & Freda Hetzler of Kennerdell RD 1; 14 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Joseph Shreffler of Mariasville & Samuel Shreffler of Nickleville and 5 sisters, Mrs. Carry Mong of Franklin; Mrs. Lavella Burkholder of Clearfield; Mrs. Nora McCormick of Tulsa, OK; Mrs. Grace Bly of Emlenton RD 1; and Mrs. Zina Dittman of Fort Stockton, TX. Interment at Rockland Cemetery.
