General Notes: Husband - Robert Lyle White

He was an editor, and for a time edited a paper in Connellsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.

As a young man, he spent several years as a book salesman in various parts of Pennsylvania. He then entered newspaper work at Meadville, Pennsylvania, where he soon became editor of the Meadville Republican. Later, he moved to Erie, Pennsylvania, where he edited the Erie Gazette until his death.
