General Notes: Husband - David Park

He and his wife were natives of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, where they were married, settled and remained there until 1845, when they moved to Beaver County, and remained there until their deaths. They were the parents of eight children, six of whom were still living in 1888.

He was born at Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, and there learned the trade of wagon-maker and wheelwright, which he followed until he moved onto a farm, purchased by him in New Sewickley township, Beaver County, in 1845. There, in addition to cultivating the soil, he plied his trade for many years, dying when eighty-six years old. The property was later owned by his son Theodore.
