General Notes: Husband - Thomas H. Henon


He attended school in Shenango Township, Lawrence County, PA, and then learned the trade of stone-cutter, and later stone work of all kinds, including bridge-building, to­gether with structural iron work. Later in life he devoted a large part of his attention to cultivating his land, carrying on general farming. The family were members of the Eng­lish Lutheran Church at Annandale. In politics, he was a Democrat, and served three terms as school director. He belonged to the Odd Fellows at Slippery Rock and was vice chancellor of the Knights of Pythias lodge at Hilliards.
