General Notes: Husband - Mark Haley

He was a descendant of Andrew Haley, a fisherman of the Isle of Shoals at an early date and was known as the King of the Shoals. He built a sea wall to connect the two islands and improve his harbor, owned land in York, and Haley's Island is named for him. He married Deborah Wilson and left sons and daughters. Branches were early settled in Kittery and Biddeford, Maine.
