General Notes: Husband - Rev. Matthew Henderson
He was connected with the old Pittsburgh Academy, which later became the University of Western Pennsylvania, and still later the University of Pittsburgh. He had two charges in the Associate Reformed church, one of the denominations which merged into the United Presbyterian church subsequent to his death. These charges were at the Red Tree United Presbyterian Church, at Brush Creek, Pennsylvania, and Bethesda Church, in the “Forks of the Yough,” as it was then known.
