FRANKLIN - Oct. 29. - (SPECIAL.) -
Mrs. Ellen Hazlett Ross, widow of the late William Washington "Will" Ross, died at her home in Rockland on Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. Although she has been in falling health for several years she had only been seriously ill for two weeks.
Mrs. Ross was born in Rockland on March 4, 1850, and was therefore in her 69th year.
She leaves the following children: Mrs. John Sheppard, Mrs. John BROOKS and Miss Kathryn Ross, all of Tulsa, Okla.; Mrs. Milton Miller of Trenton, N.J.; Harry Elmer Ross of Rockland, and Pearl at home.
Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. H. H. Thompson at the family home on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in the Rockland Cemetery.
