General Notes: Husband - Dr. John Frank Turner, M.D.
He received a common school education, and then attended West Sunbury Academy. He taught school for six years, and attended lectures at Baltimore Medical College, where he graduated in the spring of 1893. He was then appointed by the government hospital physician and stationed in Nevada.
He was the physician for the Insane Indian Asylum at Canton, South Dakota.
